Launching our brand-new Virtual Dance and Yoga Workouts!

Our brand-new online workouts are an uplifting and social way to combat isolation, stress, and muscle stiffness by bringing your team together during the working day for 15 minutes of dance and movement. As the majority of us try to adjust to life working from home, we’ll help you and your team stay focused, positive and fit by getting your bodies moving and provide a fun way to feel closer together even though you are far apart.

Live Interactive Workouts

The Live Interactive Workouts will be via video chat app Zoom with as many colleagues as you like and at a time that suits your team (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm). The workout will be led by one of our professional dancers at their home and you can choose which dance style your team would most enjoy and benefit from.

Pre-Recorded Workouts

Once you have purchased a video, you are then free to share the link within your team and arrange a time to do it together while linked up on a video chat (e.g. Zoom).
